The Devil is NOT a living, breathing human being like you and me.
The Devil is a metaphor.
The Devil represents you on your WORST day, that dark, unpleasant part of your ‘Self’ that hates everyone and everything just for the sake of hate and carnage.
The Devil represents the worst version of you that could possibly exist, that BEASTLY rendering of the ‘Self’ that wants to shout and scream and tear the world apart.
The Devil is that part of your ‘Self’ that refuses to look in the mirror… for all a
gree that the Devil inside you is an ugly BEAST…
In an etymological sense, the D(evil) is the word EVIL with a D added. Which tells us that this symbolic character was created to represent the dark side of our psyche… also known as the EGO.
We recommend you watch the following video clip taken from Robert Bonomo’s awesome documentary The 21 Faces of God, which unveils, for the first time, the true esoteric meaning of the Tarot:

So then… why is there so much fear surrounding the Devil, if the Devil is merely a metaphor representing our ego?
The answer is simple: your mission here in this world is to escape it. You are trapped here. You are trapped here by the Devil. And the Devil is you…
Your objective here in Biosphere Earth is to balance your TRINITY and achieve MOKSHA, the liberation of the ‘Self’ from the SAMSARA reincarnation cycle of death and rebirth. The SAMSARA reincarnation cycle has held you prisoner here inside this biosphere for numerous incarnations, going round and round and round in the circle game.
If you’re reading this, we imagine it’s nearly time for you to complete this level of the game and ascend!
If you decide to take the narrow path in life, you will undoubtedly encounter Satan, Lucifer and the Devil on your travels. Continue to follow our MOKSHA Guide, however, and you’ll soon realise that life’s most fearsome gatekeepers are always stationed outside the entrance to those dark passageways that lead out of Biosphere Earth toward the higher realms of existence.
According to the ancient Vedic scriptures, Moksha is the objective or meaing of life.
If you can slay the Devil inside you, you’ll have a much easier time at your Judgement. After all, if you’ve already expurgated those dark parts of your ‘Self’ that were holding you back for so long, you’ll be well accustomed to analysing and dissecting your own behaviour. Your ability to reflect upon your own behaviour in this way will help you prepare for your own personal Judgement Day, when all of us shall all come face to face with Saturn the Judge.
Most truth seekers are stuck at stage 15 in the game of life. They consider The Devil a literal living, breathing human being. This causes them to storm around the internet, blaming everyone else for the devilry in the world. “It’s Bill Gates! No, it’s Bill Clinton! No, it’s Tony Blair!” But few of us dare to take a closer look at our own behaviour. For if we did, we would surely come face to face with the Devil staring back at us in the brutal mirror.
To slay the ego, you must do more than merely reflect upon your own nature. You must reflect upon the nature of the world around you.
You must understand that you are trapped here in this world – a world that is part behavioural prison, part spiritual crèche. You must recognise that you are not in control and never were. This will bring you closer to the edge… to the point of spiritual surrender cited by the Ancient Mystery Schools. Then you must decide whether or not to jump. Those of you who take the chance and let go will surely enjoy the FREEFALL feeling…
When you realise you’ve been fooled and accept the fact that you were never as smart as you thought you were, particularly on the subject of your ‘Self’, you are immediately humbled.
Now when you look in the mirror, you discover your ego (Devil) slain. And in the infinite stillness of the clean, kinetic moment that arises to replace the pretence that defined the ‘old you’, we see clearly that it was our own ego that prevented us from achieving MOKSHA all along… and not the ‘scripted terrors’ of the outside world as we foolishly perceived them.
